[Rainwave - Star Burst]

Mediocre my ass. This is a good song with a catchy beat and is a good head bobbin tune. I love the way your background low just kinda rolls along because it makes the listener roll right along with it and 2:33 that calm right before it dives into catchy melody was perfectly timed because it caught me off guard and made me LISTEN. Even writing the review as it is playing and knowing its coming I stopped to hear when it did that.

It weakened a little bit when it had that slowdown around 3:30ish. The background melody ruined the atmosphere a bit. Its like an intense chase scene that suddenly jars to a halt in a slow elevator ride. But when it dives back into it that fixes it somewhat.

And then the rest of the song was just pure awesomeness. I was head bobbin along to the beat the rest of the time. I guess maybe you could have used a slightly better high synth when it dives back in because that high synth was a little shrill and made me turn down my headphones so it wouldn't hurt my ears. Thats about it.

Anyways its a solid song. I like it and you've got a download and favorite from me. Keep up the good work and I'd like to see what else you have to offer!

This. This is a work of friggen art. A more fantastic song has not been created anywhere. I'll give you a little setpiece here. My friends and I were all playing video games online with good trance youtube mixes playing in the background and when this song came on, we all dropped our controllers (losing us the match) and immediately went to my computer to find out who made such a fantastic and catchy song. This has got to be my favorite song of yours and it has gotten to be a fan favorite at the last few parties I've had and everyone who attended said parties have requested it be played at the next one. From 0:25 when the song picks up to 5:15 it rocks immensely and brings the party.

I have nothing constructive to say about this song because there is nothing to BE said. It is perfect. Good god damn job man! My only request, nay, PLEAD is that all your future songs are as good as this one.

I'm sincerely looking forward to more from you and I've gotta say in my book you've rocketed up to the standards of NG legends like EnVy, ParagonX9, and others. Well done.

[Story Of Envy 2012]

I'm sure EnVy is pretty proud that you are using his name in a song. I'd be pretty psyched to be one of the ones who inspired a song like this. The background strings are excellent and that high synth that comes in at 1:32 brought a grin to my face because it was indeed "fantastic" =p

Your lows feel like they need a little more power because I've got some extra bass headphones and I don't hear them really coming in too strongly but maybe thats just me. The skipping synth tune was catchy although it gets a smidge repetitive towards the end for some reason.

But like my review on your previous song, this is just nitpicking really. Its like getting a high class meal made with obvious love and care but getting bent out of shape over the shape of the plate. Its still wonderful either way.

Hope to hear more from you in the future! I look forward to more of your music and I've gotten my friends to like you too!

[Hang Loose 2013]

Gotta say, top notch man. Your music has already got its own playlist in my library so that should tell you how much I like your sound. This song is no exception. The vocals are good, the synths hitting with that beat makes you bob your head to the music. I agree with others in saying the kicks are a bit weak and your clap in the background could have been turned up a little bit to add some flavor but its an excellent song regardless.

The ending seemed a bit weak to me though. You come in strong and build a nice solid song with some good intermeshing on melodies and a good driving beat, and then you just slip out all quiet like with nothing more than a weak drum rat-a-tat. Not a good exit from your stage man. You could have had a loud bass kick sound the end of your song, or faded the melody out carefully, or just abruptly ended it to jar listeners into going "wtf? Its over?" at the sudden lack of atmosphere.

But you didn't and it cut into my enjoyment of the song a bit. This is just nitpicking though, because its obvious what you did here is 100x what most artists strive for. I loved this song like I loved so many others you've made. Keep up the good work and I hope you take my somewhat critical review with good humour and an open mind!

Omfg man. Your wife has an incredibly beautiful voice. She truely makes this song. You need to feature her in more. Not bashing your talent, but wow. Its a pretty good combination between you two.

I aimed my speakers at my friends room when he had his girl over to mess with him and played this song and he got up mid sexual encounter to find out who this was so he could listen to it. Sounds like he had his priorities straight.

I didn't feel it was repetitive. I enjoyed the rapid arpeggio synth and the subtle changes in background key and tone. You maybe could have had a break in the arpeggio synth for a bit to kind of make it feel a little different and change it up but all in all there is nothing wrong with this product.

Wow I gotta say this is some inspiring music. Not only did I instantly like it, but it gave me the desire to do something creative. I'm mightily impressed. Your synths are sweeping and evoke a spacey kind of feel and the piano really sets the mood and makes you feel as if you are entering a new world.

Good job! You just got a new fan today.
